Endeavour is our seasonal blend, crafted to showcase fresh crops as they arrive. This third iteration combines Brazil Bossa Nova from Cerrado, Sul de Minas, with a community lot from Tatacoa, Huila in Colombia. The Natural and Washed processing methods create a beautifully balanced cup—rich body and praline sweetness from the Bossa Nova base, with subtle complexity and brightness from the Tatacoa. Sweet, harmonious, and expertly composed.

In the cup, you can expect a big body, medium acidity, all rounded out with rich praline and juicy green apple acidity.
