Process: Washed Roast Profile: Light (Best for Filter) Altitude: 1,800 m.a.s.l Varietal: Red Bourbon A washed lot from Mutambu Hill, Burundi, produced by 384 smallholders in the Mumirwa region. Processed by Migoti Coffee at their washing station, the cherries were fermented for one day, then pulped and washed. Pre-dried on shaded tables for 5 days before finishing on raised beds for 2-3 weeks. Expect bright blackcurrant and lemon acidity with a juicy body.
